Terms & Conditions
Payment is due via Paypal. Please contact me before you purchase with any questions. Prices do not include local taxes and duty for countries outside of the UK/EU.
I ship within 3 days for items I already have in stock, except for weekends and UK public holidays. For custom items I will discuss time-scales with you at the start of the project.
I use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery for smaller items and prints and I use City Link 48-hour tracked service for larger items.
Shipping outside of the UK
I use Airmail for prints and UPS/DHL everything else.
Please note that shipping prices do not include local taxes and duty for countries outside of the UK/EU. So far I’m not aware of any of my shipments to the US incurring taxes or duty although I believe a small amount is chargeable to items shipping to Canada.
I will only ship to your confirmed PayPal address. If there is going to be a problem with this, please contact me to discuss.
Refunds and Exchanges

Therefore it is really important to me that you are happy with my work and the service I provide. For that reason, I always ensure items are accurately described, provide plenty of photos and am more than happy to provide additional photos and answer any questions prior to purchase.
In return, I ask that you are quite sure you want an item before purchasing it and contact me first with any questions you might have – including asking for any additional photographs/close-ups of specific details.
If an item arrives with you that has been damaged in transit, I will provide a full refund or replacement and I will make a claim with the shipping company myself.
If you have changed your mind, please let me know as soon as possible & I will do my best to cancel the order and refund your money before it is shipped. Where an order has already shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of return-shipping and ensuring the item arrives back with me safely in the same condition I sent it to you. Any refunds in this instance will be for the price of the item. Unfortunately I cannot refund the cost of shipping where you have changed your mind as I cannot get a refund of this cost myself.
NB. Custom Items
Refunds are not available on custom items although I will work with you whilst creating the item, sending photos at various stages to ensure the item meets the brief before sending it to you. I will only send your completed custom painting once we have agreed that you are happy with it.

I’d be delighted to complete a custom piece if you’d like something to match your own unique style or home decor. If you see something you like the style of but would like it in different colours, please convo or message me and I will happily discuss producing a bespoke item for you.
